“It is only by working with our customers and advisors that we can have the results we are looking for,” observes Juergen Swienty-Busch, Manager of the Development Partner Program. “We want to fulfill their needs and solve their problems through superior tools and features, and excellent user-friendliness.”

Our customers are at the heart of everything that we do.

We work closely with chemists on content and functionalities that help them achieve their goals. Development Partners help test the Reaxys interface and product features, providing ideas and feedback on usability and functionality. We visited their sites to learn from them in face-to-face discussions about how they would use Reaxys. Listening to their needs and feedback was an essential part of the requirements definition process and ensured the development of an innovative, user-friendly product.
